Today, the 25th September, the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) will be hosting ‘FSC Friday’ an annual event to raise awareness for FSC by encouraging consumers, companies, communities and stakeholders to share their commitment to FSC and responsible forestry.
To mark FSC Friday and to continue to build upon our long-term partnership and support to Dewsbury Country Park, and the audacious and ambitious Yorkshire Forest Project, UK Greetings has once again donated funds to continue to develop trees and woodland areas to the benefit of our communities for the years to come. A selection of mature, native, fruit trees will be planted early this January, giving UKG employees many opportunities to plant, prune, feed and pick for years to come!
