Within the greetings card industry and for greetings card lovers everywhere Festive Friday is a day to look forward to every year, as it marks the beginning of the Christmas card exchange that spreads love and joy between millions of people every year.
At UK Greetings, we are using Festive Friday as an opportunity to remind everyone that Christmas is the perfect time for giving. We are giving back to our employees by covering the cost of posting their Christmas cards, it’s the perfect opportunity to kick start the Christmas festivities by spreading Christmas cheer through card sending. In return we are asking our employees to give back to those less fortunate by supporting two local charities: the Take one Leave One scheme helping homeless people stay warm this winter and the Leeds Wakefield branch of the RSPCA.
We are so pleased to have Festive Friday back in full force this year and are delighted by the number of Christmas cards being sent and the generosity of our employees with their charitable donations.
