An update from us regarding Covid-19

UK Greetings, is taking the appropriate action to minimise risk to our employees, customers and partners during the current Covid-19 emergency. We have a dedicated team in place who monitor the situation carefully as it develops to mitigate any potential impact to our customers, employees and partners, and our wider community. Our plans continue to evolve in accordance with government guidelines and advice to ensure we maintain the highest level of service to our customers and to protect the health and safety of our employees. 

We have closed our offices and have moved 100% of our office based employees to remote working and travel has been materially reduced. 

The current situation has impacted many of our customers and they have decided to close stores, however a number of partners remain open, we continue to provide service whilst ensuring all of the necessary steps and precautions are taken around personal hygiene and social distancing to protect our employees. We are working closely with our partners to ensure risk is at a minimum and that our employees are safeguarded.

This is a rapidly changing situation which is impacting all of our lives. We are committed to doing all we can to maintain service however, should events change beyond our control and service is impacted, we will do everything reasonably possible to mitigate these effects. Like all responsible business, our number one priority, continues to be the health and safety of our valued employees and their families.
