‘You Got Mail’ is a humorous card range cleverly combining funny photographs and captions. You can earn yourself £100 by sending us your ‘funny foto’s’ and if we think your picture is worthy of being printed on a ‘You Got Mail’ card, not only will you have the pleasure of seeing your picture in print, you’ll also be £100 richer.

To ensure that your picture is considered please make sure that:

- Your photo is in JPEG format.

- Your photo is less than 5 MB

- You include your name, address & phone no.

- Your photo is your own work and you own the copyright

PLEASE NOTE: You must have read and understood the terms and conditions before submitting your idea, and ticked to indicate you have done so.

Terms And Conditions
If we choose to use your photo then we will contact you to arrange payment of £100.00 (one hundred pounds sterling) and the following terms and conditions shall apply to you.

In consideration of the sum of £100.00 (receipt of which is acknowledged), You hereby assign to Us, with full title guarantee, the entire copyright and, other rights in the nature of copyright which subsist in the photo(s) which You have submitted to Us (collectively, the “works”).

You hereby warrant that you created the Works and that the Works are your original work and have not been copied wholly or substantially from any other work or material and that the exercise by us of the rights assigned to us will not infringe the rights of any third party.

You shall indemnify us against all claims, liabilities and expenses arising or of any claim that our use of the Works infringes the rights of any third party.

You shall co-operate fully with us in taking all steps required by us in connection with any claims of infringement (either by or against any third party) in relation to the Works.

You being the sole author of the Works, hereby waive absolutely Your moral rights arising under Chapter 4 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and, so far as is legally possible, any broadly equivalent rights You may have in any territory of the world.

“Us”, “We” and “Our” refer to UK Greetings Limited and its subsidiaries and “You” refers to the person submitting the image.
